We have had a fantastic response of pledges of support from individuals and families who want to buy community shares towards saving the St Dunstan Inn and we are now inviting pledgers to apply and pay for their community shares so we can progress with the transaction and move to the next phase of purchasing the pub. Just to reassure you, we are registered as a limited company called The Langley Community Society Ltd and are registered with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). This process ensures that when we accept funds from you, every contribution will be fully protected, secure, and managed in line with best practice.

SHARE APPLICATION DOCUMENTS
What you need to do now if you have pledged and now wish to purchase your shares:
1. Complete and sign the Share Application Form below (Should a family wish to separate their share ownership so each family member has an individual vote, then please complete individual application forms, ensuring the minimum share purchase of £250.00 is achieved.)
2. NOT COMPULSORY - should you wish to, please complete and sign the share nomination form below to set out your wishes for the shares in the event of your death.
Once completed please return both forms to:

3. Make payment for your shares on completion of your application (Bank details of where to make payment are included on the application form). Please add a reference on your bank transfer of YOUR FULL NAME + SHARES
What happens next
· Confirmation: The Management Committee will confirm your share allotment after funds clear. You’ll receive an email confirmation and share certificate.
· Membership: On allotment you’re a member of Langley Community Society Limited and can take part in meetings and decisions.
